Shipping Policy
Australia
- Free shipping for orders over $50
- We ship all orders with Sendle.
- All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment. Standard shipping can take up to one week. You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.
- Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch with us via email hello@storiofafrica.com for assistance.
Shipping to multiple addresses
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Refund and Returns Policy
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
In the unlikely event that you need to return a damaged, incorrect or faulty product please contact our team with proof of purchase and an image of the goods within 5 days of receiving your order via email at hello@storiofafrica.com. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
Refunds will be issued directly to the payment method used for the purchase once the item/s have been received by Stòrí of Africa. Email notification will be sent once your return has been processed, and you should allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be completed.
Missing Items
In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us via email at hello@storiofafrica.com with your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
Change of mind
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased if you decide you no longer want them. Please choose carefully.
Sensitivities
We cannot accept returns for a product you use that you have sensitivities to or are allergic to.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
